The theory of standardized design for buildability was elaborated.The standardization of the construction industry should be based on"ease of construction"standardization,and should not be limited by"absolute uniformity"standardization.Through the standardized design for buildability that can reduces building costs and improves construction efficiency.The theoretical method for comprehensive optimal benefits of construction process was explored.A large-scale engineering project was used as an empirical project to conduct research on standardized design of main structure buildability.From multiple aspects such as production process,design scheme,transportation,and construction,a combination of absolute standardization,relative standardization,and ease of construction standardization was carried out for the design of prefabricated main structures.Detailed standardized design measures for various components were proposed,providing theoretical support for the selection of standardized technology for prefabricated buildings,the universality of molds for prefabricated components,the optimization of prefabricated component supply chain,construction process innovation,and project management innovation.
