为探索以BIM为主的智能化建造技术在大跨空间结构建设全生命期中的应用模式,提出一套系统的基于BIM的智能化建造方法,以2022年世界杯主体育场即卢赛尔体育场为背景,建立了基于BIM的智能建造方法在大跨空间结构建设全过程中的应用流程.通过对该项目建设重难点进行梳理,采用国际标准和全生命期一体化的理念,从设计、施工、运维三个阶段入手详述BIM技术在卢赛尔体育场建设中的综合创新应用.研究成果完善了基于BIM的智能化建造方法,解决了国际工程建设过程中全球多点异地协同和施工管理难度大等问题.
Intelligent construction method and application of BIM-based Lusail Stadium
Aiming to explore the application mode of BIM-based intelligent construction technology in the whole life cycle of large-span spatial structure construction,a systematic BIM-based intelligent construction method was proposed.Based on the background of Lusail Stadium,which is the main stadium of the 2022 World Cup,the application process of BIM-based intelligent construction theory in the whole stage of large-span spatial structure was proposed.Through sorting out the key and difficult points in the construction of the project,the comprehensive,innovative application of BIM technology in the construction of Lusail Stadium was described from the three stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance by adopting the concept of international standards and integration of whole life.The research results improved the intelligent construction method based on BIM,and solved the problems such as global multi-location collaboration and difficult construction management in the process of international engineering construction.
