北京农科智城预应力部品及节点应用研究

装配式混凝土工业建筑存在定型工业品应用程度低、围护结构工业化效率低的问题.因此,大跨度预应力部品和外墙板快装节点是该领域的重要应用和研究方向.结合北京农科智城项目,分析了跨度-荷载-部品模数的适用规律;借鉴自切底式承重锚栓的特点,研发了预制空心外墙板全干式快装节点;基于遗传算法,研发了定型楼板预应力部品的快速布置智能模块.结果表明:部品模数与功能空间尺度高度匹配,预制板全部采用定型预应力部品,实现了设计-生产-安装的工业化协同集成,有效降低了单位面积楼板构件的碳排放量,提高预制板设计的效率和质量.
Research on application of pre-stressed parts and joints in Beijing Agricultural Science City
Prefabricated concrete industrial buildings have the problems of low application of stereotyped industrial products and low industrialization efficiency of envelope structure.Therefore,large-span pre-stressed parts and exterior wallboard fast-fitting joints are important applications and research directions in this field.Combined with the Beijing Agricultural Science City project,the applicable law of span-load-component modulus was analyzed.Based on the characteristics of self-cutting bottom bearing anchor bolt,a prefabricated hollow exterior wallboard all-dry fast-fitting joint was developed.Based on the genetic algorithm,the intelligent module for rapid layout of pre-stressed parts of the shaped slab was developed.The results show that the module of the parts is highly matched with the functional space scale,all the prefabricated slabs adopt the shaped pre-stressed parts,the industrial collaborative integration of design-production-installation is realized and the carbon emissions of floor components per unit area are effectively reduced,the efficiency and quality of prefabricated slab design are improved.
