Research on safety monitoring technology for new integrated platform equipment in super high-rise building construction
To enhance the overall construction efficiency of super high-rise structures,a new generation of integrated platform equipment(IPC)fhas been developed for the construction of core tubes. The IPC integrates steel platform formwork and mechanical equipment such as tower cranes for synchronous climbing.Considering the stringent safety control requirements for high-altitude operations on thousand-ton IPC,the structural system and monitoring difficult points were analyzed, the primary monitoring targets and elements of the IPC were identified, techniques methods for monitoring these elements of the IPC were studied, and architectural framework for safety monitoring system was constructed for the IPC.A hierarchical and phased approach to early warning and control for the IPC was proposed based on the coupling of human-machine and environmental multi-risk elements.A modular safety monitoring software system and control method for the IPC that integrates real-time monitoring, hierarchical warning, dynamic regulation and control, and remote supervision was introduced based on a case study of a 350m super high-rise building. The results demonstrate that the system can monitor the working conditions and safety status of the IPC at the construction site in real-time,which effectively controls the various construction processes such as climbing and operations, and guarantees the safe operation and efficient construction of the large IPC.
