摘要

建筑碳排放计算的通用方法为碳排放因子法,所需要的两个直接数据为碳排放活动数据及其对应的碳排放因子,其中碳排放活动数据由建筑空间构成、结构和设备材料、设备性能等多因素综合确定.基于建筑协同设计原理、专业分工及协同模式的分析,根据计算数据种类与来源,提出了建筑碳排放活动数据模型的构建方法.结合数据模型协同性、信息化以及建筑碳排放计算软件架构的要求,设计了数据模型的数据输入、数据库和数据处理3个模块,构建了建筑全生命周期碳排放活动数据模型,并以广联达数字建筑研发大厦为例进行了应用展示和分析.

Abstract

The general method of building carbon emission calculation is the carbon emission factor method.The two direct data required are carbon emission activity data and their corresponding carbon emission factors.The carbon emission activity data are comprehensively determined by multiple factors such as building space composition,structure and equipment materials,equipment performance.Based on the analysis of building collaborative design principle,professional division of labor and collaborative mode,according to the types and sources of calculation data,the construction method of building carbon emission activity data model was proposed.According to the requirements of data model collaboration,informatization and building carbon emission calculation software architecture,three modules of data input,database and data processing of data model were designed,and the data model of carbon emission activity in the whole life cycle of building was constructed.As an example,the model was applied and analyzed in Glodon Digital Construction R&D Building.
