Analysis model of steel frames with steel-concrete composite beam in OpenSees platform
The functions of the user-defined fiber sections such as H shape, circular, rectangular sections and the steel-concrete composite beam section were compiled by using Tcl language in OpenSees platform.The fiber section models were developed which can divide the sections into fibers by using nonlinear beam column element and the userdefined fiber section.Based on the proposed models, a program module for nonlinear analysis of steel frame with steel-concrete composite beam was developed in OpenSees platform.The proposed program module can be used to perform global elasto-plastic analysis of steel-concrete composite beams and frames with full connections subjected to the combined action of gravity and cyclic lateral loads.The program was verified through a number of experiments, which shows that the proposed fiber model possesses good accuracy and modular programming process greatly improve the computational efficiency.
