Cooperative analysis on whole moving process of rotating retractable roof system
The interaction between the rotating retractable roof and the support structure is obvious, therefore it is necessary to perform cooperative analysis. To conduct cooperative analysis between the rotating retractable roof and the support structure under different opening degrees and on whole moving process,a cooperative analysis method based on finite particle method was developed for rotating retractable roof system in this work. The contact and friction between the rotating retractable roof and the supporting structure was considered as well as the driving load.Besides,a simplified analysis model for symmetric structure was adopted to improve solution efficiency. The cooperative analysis on the retractable roof system of Hangzhou Olympic Tennis Center was then performed using the developed method. The results revealed that the developed method could reflect the structural response of rotating retractable roof system under different opening degrees and on the whole moving process.Compared with the opened state, the structure was more unfavorable in the closed state. The interaction between the rollers and tracks caused vibration on the whole moving process, which indicated that the dynamic effect was considerable. With the moving velocity increasing, the dynamic vibration effect was more obvious, and hence an appropriate amplification factor for self-weight load should be selected according to the moving velocity.
