不锈钢管螺旋筋海洋混凝土短柱轴压性能试验研究

为研究不锈钢管螺旋筋海洋混凝土短柱的轴压性能,以螺旋筋直径与间距、纵筋直径与数量、螺旋筋与纵筋的截面配筋率之比为变化参数,设计了 17组共51个轴压短柱进行静力加载试验,观察了短柱的受力破坏过程及形态,获取了轴向荷载-位移曲线及各钢材应变曲线,基于试验数据,分析各变化参数对该类短柱的承载力、轴压延性、耗能能力、损伤发展的影响规律.结果表明:短柱破坏形态均表现为不锈钢管局部屈曲压皱和混凝土斜向剪切破坏;配置螺旋筋和纵筋可以使短柱的承载力增大14.95%,延性系数增大73.25%,耗能系数增大19.69%,并抑制短柱的损伤发展;相同换算截面配筋率下,随螺旋筋间距增大(直径增大),短柱承载力、延性、耗能均呈递减趋势;随纵筋直径增大(数量减少),短柱承载力表现为先减小后增大、延性先增大后减小、耗能递减;螺旋筋与纵筋截面配筋率最优比值为0.875.最后提出了该类短柱的轴压承载力计算式,其计算值与试验值吻合良好.
Experimental investigation on axial compression performance of spiral reinforcement ocean concrete-filled stainless steel tube short columns
In order to study the axial compression performance of spiral reinforcement ocean concrete-filled stainless steel tube short columns,the diameter and spacing of spiral reinforcements,the diameter and number of longitudinal reinforcements and the reinforcement ratio of spiral reinforcement to longitudinal reinforcement were taken as varying parameters,and 17 groups of 51 axial compression short columns were designed for static loading tests.The mechanical failure process and the morphology of short columns were observed,and the axial load-displacement curves and the strain curves of each steel were obtained.Based on the test data,the influences of varying parameters on the bearing capacity,axial ductility,energy dissipation capacity and damage development of this kind of short columns were analyzed.The results show that the failure modes of short columns are local buckling and wrinkle of stainless steel tube and oblique shear failure of concrete.Configuring spiral and longitudinal reinforcements can improve the bearing capacity,axial ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the columns by 14.95%,73.25%,19.69%,respectively,and inhibit the damage development of the components.With the increase of spiral reinforcement spacing(increase of diameter),the bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation of the components show a decreasing trend.With the increase of longitudinal reinforcement diameter(decrease of number of bars),the bearing capacity decreases first and then increases,the ductility increases first and then decreases,and the energy dissipation decreases.It is suggested that the optimal cross-sectional reinforcement ratio of spiral reinforcement to longitudinal reinforcement be 0.875.Finally,the calculation formula of axial compression bearing capacity of this kind of short columns was proposed,and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
