装配式活性粉末混凝土叠合梁-高强混凝土柱节点抗震性能试验研究

为了提高装配式梁柱节点的抗震性能,提出了节点核心区配置附加钢筋和梁端一定范围浇筑活性粉末混凝土(RPC)实现梁端塑性铰位置转移的方案.以附加钢筋深入梁端长度和梁端后浇注RPC长度为变化参数,设计制作6个足尺装配式RPC叠合梁-高强混凝土(HSC)柱边节点试件和1个整体现浇节点试件进行拟静力试验,研究了节点的承载性能、延性、滞回性能、刚度、耗能能力以及破坏形态.结果表明:两种塑性铰外移设计均实现了梁铰耗能机制;与整体现浇节点相比,节点核心区配置附加钢筋节点的位移延性系数提高1.7%~10.3%,峰值荷载提高11.64%~56.71%;梁端后浇RPC节点的位移延性系数提高7.8%~11.4%,峰值荷载提高9%~14%.仅采用梁端后浇RPC实现塑性铰的转移时,建议梁端后浇RPC长度为梁截面高度的1/2.
Experimental study on seismic performance of prefabricated reactive powder concrete composite beam-high strength concrete column joints
To improve the seismic performance of precast concrete beam-column joints,assembled integral reactive powder concrete(RPC)-high strength concrete(HSC)beam-column joints with additional steel bars in the joint core area and local post-pouring RPC at the beam end were proposed to achieve the plastic hinge relocation.Six full-size fabricated RPC composite beam-high strength concrete column exterior joints and an integral cast-in-place beam-column exterior joint were designed and fabricated for quasi-static tests,and the variables of specimens include the length of the additional reinforcement and the length of the local post-casting RPC at the beam end.The bearing properties,ductility,hysteretic properties,stiffness,energy dissipation capacity and failure modes of joints were studied.The test results show that the two kinds of plastic hinge relocation schemes realize the beam hinge energy dissipation mechanism.Compared with the integral cast-in-place exterior joint,the displacement ductility index and peak load of the exterior joint with additional bars are increased by 1.7%-10.3%and 11.64%-56.71%,respectively.The displacement ductility index of the local post-cast RPC specimens is increased by 7.8%-11.4%,and the peak load is increased by 9%-14%.When the method of local post-pouring RPC is used for plastic hinge transfer at the beam end,it is recommended that the length of the post-cast RPC at the beam end be 0.5 times the beam height.
