复式钢管混凝土柱-钢梁上焊下栓节点抗震性能研究

为研究复式钢管混凝土(CFDST)柱-钢梁上焊下栓节点的抗震性能,进行了5个缩尺比为1∶2.4节点试件的低周往复荷载试验,分析了试件的破坏特征、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性、刚度与承载力、耗能能力等抗震性能指标;根据试验破坏特征,建立了组合节点的塑性分析模型,推导了节点的受弯承载力计算式,并将其计算结果与本文及已有文献中的试验结果进行对比验证.结果表明:节点发生梁端破坏,表现为钢梁上翼缘与上环板连接处发生断裂或出现波浪状塑性变形,钢梁腹板与连接板产生竖向滑移,下环板螺栓连接处产生水平滑移.组合节点试件滞回曲线稳定饱满无捏缩;延性系数介于2.88～4.60之间,等效黏滞阻尼系数介于0.472～0.579之间,节点域变形和耗能能力较强;该类组合节点为半刚性节点;节点环板厚度、宽度、外伸长度和下环板螺栓数量的增加有利于提高节点的刚度、承载力、延性、耗能能力等抗震性能指标;受弯承载力计算结果与试验结果均吻合较好,说明所提出的组合节点受弯承载力计算方法具有较好的精度.
Seismic behavior of joint of top-flange-welded and bottom-flange-bolted with CFDST column to steel beam
In order to investigate the seismic behavior of the composite joints of top-flange-welded and bottom-flange-bolted with concrete-filled double steel tubular(CFDST)column to steel beam,five scale 1∶2.4 joints were tested under low-cyclic loading.The failure characteristics,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,ductility,rigidity and bearing capacity,energy dissipation,and other seismic performance indicators of the specimens were analyzed.A plastic analysis model of the composite joints was established based on the test failure modes.The bending capacity formula of the joints was derived,which was validated with the experimental results in this study and relevant literatures.The results show that beam end failure occurres in the joint specimens,exhibition as fracture or wavy plastic deformation at the connection of the upper flange of the steel beam to the ring plate,vertical slip of the web of the steel beam and the connection plate,and horizontal slip at the bolt connection of the lower ring plate.The hysteresis curve of the specimens is stable and full without pinching.The ductility coefficients and the equivalent viscous damping coefficients range from 2.88-4.60 and 0.472-0.579,respectively.The joint area has an excellent capacity for deformation and energy dissipation.The types of composite joints are semi-rigid joints.The stiffness,bearing capacity,ductility,energy dissipation capacity and other seismic performance indicators of the joint are improved by increasing the thickness,width,and extension length of the outer ring plate and the bolt numbers in the bottom ring plate.The results of the theory calculation and experiment reach a good agreement,which shows the calculation method of the flexural bearing capacity for composite joint proposed in this paper has good precision.
