移动型下击暴流作用下大跨度轻钢厂房风荷载特性

为研究大跨度轻钢厂房在移动下击暴流风场下的风荷载特性,基于相似准则确定缩尺模型进行风洞试验,通过下击暴流发生装置模拟移动型下击暴流风场,探究了模型表面风压系数、风力系数在不同偏移距离(0~700 mm)、移动速率(0~0.2 m/s)下的变化情况,最后与稳态情况进行对比分析.结果表明:移动速率越大,风压系数和风力系数达到峰值的时刻越晚,峰值也越低;风压系数在偏移距离为0~300 mm的情况下,随相对径向距离增大变化较大,峰值较高,近风口墙面风压系数在偏移距离较大且模拟器移动至距模型最近位置时出现负峰值,墙面易破坏;偏移距离不同时,风力系数随相对径向距离变化情况差异较大,轻钢厂房可能出现倾覆或掀起破坏;移动型和稳态下击暴流作用下风压和风力系数均值基本相同,但对于极大值和极小值,稳态情况下结果相对较大,峰值也更高.
Wind load characteristics of long-span light steel structure plant under moving downburst
In order to study the wind load characteristics of large span light steel structure plant under moving downbursts wind field,determines the scale model based on the similarity criterion for the wind tunnel test,simulates the moving downburst wind field through the downburst generator,and investigates the changes of the wind pressure coefficient and wind force coefficient of the surface of the model under different offset distances(from 0 mm to 700 mm)and moving speeds(from 0 m/s to 0.2 m/s),and then finally analyzes them in comparison with the steady state.The results show that the larger the moving speed is,the later the wind pressure coefficient and wind force coefficient reach the peak value,and the lower the peak value is.Wind press coefficients for offset distance from 0 mm to 300 mm,the wind pressure coefficient changes with the increase of relative radial distance.In the case of a smaller offset distance,the peak value is higher.The wind pressure coefficient of the wall surface near the wind outlet has a negative peak value in the case of a larger offset distance.When the simulator is moved to the nearest position to the model,the wall surface is easy to be damaged.When the offset distance is different,the wind force coefficient varies greatly with the relative radial distance,and the light steel plant may be overturned or lifted up.The mean values of wind pressure and wind force coefficients are essentially the same for the moving and steady-state strike storm effects,but for the maximal and minimal values,the results are relatively larger and peak higher for the steady-state case.
