摘要
基于全寿命周期经济评价理论建立数学模型,对粮仓项目建设成本、运营成本和回收残值的构成进行分析,计算平房仓和浅圆仓两种仓型的全寿命周期成本;提出单位土地成本临界值概念,若土地成本大于单位土地成本临界值,则浅圆仓方案更优;反之则建议采用平房仓方案.基于全寿命周期成本的粮仓项目决策可使粮仓项目综合经济效益达到最优.
Abstract
Based on the theory of life cycle economic evaluation,establishes a mathematical model to analyze the construction cost,operation cost and residual value for granary projects,and calculate the life cycle costs of horizontal warehouse and squat silo.Furthermore,the concept of land cost threshold per unit area is proposed.If the land cost is greater than land cost threshold per unit area,the squat silo scheme is more optimal; otherwise the horizontal warehouse scheme is suggested.The granary project decision-making based on life cycle cost proceeds can provide the optimal comprehensive economic benefits for granary projects.
