摘要
城市更新行动是我国推进城市高质量发展的重要抓手与路径,当前我国城市更新行动面临着政策执行协同不足、社会资本参与积极性不高、更新对象产权结构复杂等困境.本文通过梳理中外城市更新内涵演进过程,对比国内外城市更新行动特点,总结英国、美国、日本、德国、荷兰等发达国家开展城市更新行动的实践经验,提出现阶段我国推进城市更新行动的对策建议.
Abstract
Urban renewal is an important tool and path for promoting high-quality urban development in China.Currently,China's urban renewal is facing difficulties such as insufficient coordination in policy implementation,low motivation of social capital participation,and complex property rights structure of renewal objects.This paper summarises the practical experience of urban renewal in developed countries such as the UK,the US,Japan,Germany and the Netherlands,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting urban renewal in China at the present stage by combing the evolution process of the connotation of urban renewal both in China and abroad,and comparing the characteristics of urban renewal actions both at home and abroad.
