Practices and Suggestions for the Renovation of Old Urban Residential Communities:Taking a Central State Organs Community in Beijing as an Example
There are certain differences between the comprehensive renovation of old urban residential communities in central state organs and local areas.Property ownership units play a crucial role in the project declaration,renovation,and resident coordination processes.This article takes a central state organs community in Beijing as an example to introduce the experience of the"12121"resident coordination model and other practices,and puts forward suggestions for flat management and other considerations,aiming to provide reference and insights for other similar projects.
