Optimization of the Settlement Management Process of University Infrastructure Repair Projects
This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status and difficulties in the settlement management of university infrastructure repair projects,pointing out the main issues existing in the settlement process of current university infrastructure repair projects.These issues include the lack of an annual plan,inaccurate construction budgeting,inadequate supervision of change orders and visas during construction,and imperfect systems for final account settlement.To address these issues,an optimized settlement management process from the project planning stage to the final completion stage is proposed to prevent the completion settlement from overspending and to safeguard the smooth progress of the university renovation project,so as to provide a more stable and high-quality teaching and research environment for the university.
