摘要
本文聚焦于新能源建设工程中施工单位与监理单位的安全管理协作,以西藏昌都光伏发电项目为例,在分析安全管理影响因素的基础上,建立施工与监理单位的协同安全管理指标体系,并从环境管理、技术管理、组织管理、施工管理等方面详细阐释该体系安全管理中关键环节的具体做法,并总结协同安全管理的经验与教训,希望为新能源建设工程的协同安全管理提供参考与借鉴,推进新能源建设发展.
Abstract
This research focuses on the safety management collaboration between construction companies and supervision units in new energy construction projects.Taking the Tibet Changdu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project as an empirical case,establishes evaluation criteria for collaborative safety management between construction and supervision units based on analysis of safety management influencing factors.Discusses the specific practices of key links in the safety management of this system from the aspects of environmental management,technical management,organizational management,construction management,etc.,and summarizes the experience and lessons of collaborative safety management,hoping to provide reference and inspiration for the collaborative safety management of new energy construction projects and promote the development of new energy construction.
