既有住区适老化改造居民支付意愿影响因素研究

摘要
在老龄化趋势加剧的背景下,激发居民适老化改造支付意愿是提升居住环境适老性的关键策略.基于此,本文从政府、社区、项目及居民四个维度出发构建居民适老化改造支付意愿的影响因素体系.运用DEMATEL-ISM模型计算各影响因素的重要程度和因素间的关系.结果表明,政策导向与适老化改造认知度为根源驱动因素,居民参与度、经济状况和期望直接影响支付决策,老龄化教育为关键间接因素.最后提出建议为提升居民支付意愿提供参考.
Abstract
Under the background of the aging trend,stimulating the residents'willingness to pay for the aging renovation is the key strategy to improve the suitability of the living environment.Based on this,this paper constructs the influencing factor system of residents'willingness to pay for aging renovation from four dimensions:government,community,project and residents.DEMATEL-ISM model is used to calculate the importance of each influencing factor and the relationship between the factors.The results show that policy orientation and awareness of age-appropriate transformation are the root driving factors,residents'participation,economic status and expectations directly affect payment decision-making,and aging education is the key indirect factor.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to provide reference for improving residents'willingness to pay.
