Under the background of the aging trend, stimulating the residents'willingness to pay for the aging renovation is the key strategy to improve the suitability of the living environment.Based on this, this paper constructs the influencing factor system of residents'willingness to pay for aging renovation from four dimensions:government, community, project and residents.DEMATEL-ISM model is used to calculate the importance of each influencing factor and the relationship between the factors. The results show that policy orientation and awareness of age-appropriate transformation are the root driving factors, residents'participation, economic status and expectations directly affect payment decision-making,and aging education is the key indirect factor. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to provide reference for improving residents'willingness to pay.
