我国建筑业绿色发展的空间分异及其驱动因素研究

以我国30省市建筑业绿色全要素生产率为研究对象,基于EBM-GML模型、Dagum基尼系数、地理探测器揭示我国建筑业绿色全要素生产率的空间演变态势及导致其分异的驱动因素。研究发现:(1)我国建筑业绿色发展整体呈增长趋势,技术进步起正向促进作用。(2)我国建筑业绿色发展的空间分异呈现先缩小后扩大再缩小的趋势,区域间差异是导致空间分异的主要来源。(3)对外贸易水平是影响建筑业绿色发展空间差异的主导因素,且各驱动因素对空间分异的交互影响明显强于单一因子的影响。
Research on Spatial Differentiation of Green Development in China's Construction Industry and Its Driving Factors
This paper takes the green total factor productivity of the construction industry in 30 provinces and cities in China as the research object,and reveals the spatial evolution of the green total factor productivity of the construction industry in China and the driving factors leading to its differentiation based on the EBM-GML model,Dagum Gini coefficient,and geographic detector.It is found that:(1)the overall green development of China's construction industry shows a growing trend,and technological progress plays a positive role.(2)The spatial differentiation of the green development of China's construction industry shows a trend of narrowing,then expanding and then narrowing,and inter-regional differences are the main source of spatial differentiation.(3)The level of foreign trade is the dominant factor affecting the spatial differentiation of green development in the construction industry,and the interactive effect of each driving factor on the spatial differentiation is significantly stronger than the effect of a single factor.
