摘要
无锡恒隆广场综合发展项目裙楼有三个巨型钢结构门形桁架,净空高达43～47m,整体重量较大,由于桁架结构形式复杂、净空高及场地限制,安装难度较大,桁架顶部的钢梁采用了液压同步整体提升的施工方案.通过对门形桁架的提升工艺、提升支撑架平面内外稳定性、提升到位的对接方法等进行施工计算并采取合理的措施,取得了良好的施工效果.
Abstract
Wuxi hang lung plaza skirt building integrated development projects are three giant steel structure truss,clear up to 43 ～ 47 m,the overall weight is bigger,due to the complexity of truss structure,clear height and space limitation,the installation is difficult,the top of the truss girder adopted hydraulic construction scheme of the overall increase.In this paper,the ascension process,improve support is of steel truss plane inside and outside the stability and promoting docking methods such as the construction calculation and measure is introduced in detail.
