以黑风沟大桥为例,评估诊断桥梁结构的状况,在此之前的桥梁检查中发现了KA梁预应力加固缆索的腐蚀损伤.评估预应力钢筋的腐蚀损伤程度,承载结构混凝土中氯离子的状况,并制订了详细的预应力钢筋的腐蚀评估,基于此,提出了部分使用新材料(UHPC)进行桥梁改造的可行性方法,可为同类工程施工提供参考.
QUALITY CONTROL OF PRESTRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE AND CORROSION AND DAMAGE OF STEEL BARS
Taking Heifenggou bridge as an example,the paper evaluates and diagnoses the status of bridge structure.In the previous bridge inspection,the corrosion damage of KA beam prestressed cable is found,the degree of corrosion damage of prestressed steel bar is evaluated,the chloride ion in the bearing structure concrete is evaluated,and the corrosion evaluation of prestressed steel bar is made in detail.On this basis,some new materials are put forward the feasibility method of material(UHPC)for bridge reconstruction,which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
