CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR SUPPORT REPLACEMENT ON THE STAGGERED LAYER OF DEEP AND SHALLOW FOUNDATION PIT STRUCTURE ON SLOPE TERRAIN
Adjacent structures are embedded to different depths at the boundary between deep and shallow foundation pits due to slopes in the project.Main structures at the boundary between deep and shallow foundation pits are staggered,resulting wide grooves within a large range of deep foundation pits.In the original design,supports are replaced by backfilling + concrete beam construction layer by layer.That is,waterproofing construction is required before backfilling,so tower construction will greatly lag behind due to large-scale waterproofing and backfilling construction in wide grooves.Through studying the characteristics of the slope terrain,support structure and main structure,an optimization idea is proposed for support replacement in this project,in order to remove the nodes restricting the construction period from key construction routes,accelerate tower construction and improve the economy of construction.In addition,reasonable reinforcement measures are taken to improve the construction quality and ensure the overall stability of foundation pits in the support dismantling and replacement process.
