为研究钢塑双向土工格栅力学性能,通过力学性能分析和拉伸、挠度及徐变试验等方法进行研究,得出影响格栅力学性能的因素、荷载与时间的变化曲线、在不同温度下的徐变情况,结果表明:钢塑双向土工格栅具有较好的抵抗结构变形、节点扭曲破坏和变形沉降的能力;钢塑双向土工格栅的拉伸变形包括3个阶段,即低荷载大变形阶段、高荷载小变形阶段、断裂阶段;不同环境条件下的温度影响格栅徐变性能;钢塑双向土工格栅现浇混凝土双向板的挠度变形分为3个阶段,即线弹性阶段、非线性阶段和屈服阶段.
To study the mechanical properties of the steel-plastic bidirectional grille.Through mechanical properties analysis and tensile,deflection and creep test,to influence the mechanical properties of grille,the change curve of load and time,creep at different temperatures.The results show that,the steel-plastic bidirectional grille has a good resistance to structural deformation,node distortion damage and deformation settlement ability.The tensile deformation of steel and plastic two-way grille includes three stages:low load large deformation stage,high load small deformation stage,and fracture stage.The temperature under different environmental conditions affects the grid creep performance.The deflection deformation of steel-plastic bidirectional grille cast-in-place concrete bidirectional slab is divided into three stages,linear elastic stage,nonlinear stage and yield stage.
