机械式立体停车库结构设计与工程实践

由于场地空间限制,机械式立体停车库常采用单跨框架结构体系,但该结构体系在水平力作用下(风与地震作用,但主控是风荷载),基底的零应力区非常大,存在倾覆风险.单跨结构的短边方向变形较大,需要采取必要的抗风措施限制风荷载作用下的位移.基于深圳地区开展机械式立体车库结构设计,根据项目的结构特点,采用多种结构计算软件对比分析,发现只有采用抗拔桩基才能满足实际的受力需求,可有效解决结构整体倾覆的问题.同时,采用外包式柱脚也可提高结构整体的稳定性.
MECHANICAL THREE-DIMENSIONAL PARKING STRUCTURE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING PRACTICE
Because of the limitation of the site space,the mechanical three-dimensional parking garage adopts a single-span frame structure.Under the action of horizontal force(wind and earthquake,but the main control is wind load),the zero-stress area of the basement is very large,there is a risk of tipping over.The short-side deformation of single-span structure is large,so it is necessary to take wind-resistant measures to limit the displacement under wind load.Based on the structural design of mechanical three-dimensional garages in Shenzhen,and based on the structural characteristics of the project,multiple structural calculation software were used for comparative analysis.It was found that only the use of anti uplift pile foundations can meet the actual stress requirements and effectively solve the problem of overall structural overturning.At the same time,the use of outsourced column footings can also improve the overall stability of the structure.
