COMPREHENSIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HORIZONTAL PRE-CONSOLIDATED WORKING WELLS WITH WATER-RICH SAND LAYER AND BREAKING OF OLD AND NEW RETAINING PILES
In order to prevent water leakage and protect the stability of the foundation pit,the pile breaking construction when breaking the old and new perimeter piles of the horizontal pre-reinforcement work wells of the shield tectonic channel in the water-rich sand layer,the company has solved the problems of the complex geological conditions and the surrounding environment by adopting comprehensive construction techniques such as using the reinforcement piles construction set of PVC tubes,coring to check the effect of the reinforcement of the horizontal MJS piles,inspecting the hole to check the leakage,backfilling the broken section of the perimeter piles of the work well,breaking the perimeter piles in sections,and monitoring and controlling.In view of the complicated geological conditions and surrounding environment,by adopting the comprehensive construction technology such as reinforcing pile construction set PVC pipe,coring to check the reinforcing effect of horizontal MJS piles,inspection hole to check the leakage,backfilling of the broken section of working well enclosing piles,breaking enclosing piles in sections,monitoring and supervision,etc.,we have solved the problem of difficulty in breaking new and old enclosing piles of the horizontal pre-reinforced working wells of the shield tunnels in the water-rich sand layer and the problem of big safety hidden danger.
