Taking a certain project as the research object,in the deep foundation pit construction,there are many adjacent buildings,and some buildings are natural foundation,the conditions are relatively complex,and the building deformation control requirements are high,so the reinforcement around the building should be carried out in advance.Sleeve valve tube grouting technology is adopted in the project.Grouting parameters and stop conditions are determined through experiments.The principle of sleeve valve tube grouting and the key points of construction are introduced.The monitoring results show that the settlement of buildings is in a stable state and does not exceed the monitoring and warning value.
