This article elaborates on the structural form and characteristics of a reinforced prefabricated foundation composed of steel spiral piles,steel beams,bearing platforms,and connectors through the construction of an emergency support project in Beijing.Taking a single office building as an example,this paper introduces the design scheme,detailed nodes,process flow,quality standards and assurance measures of the entire reinforced prefabricated foundation construction technology.The application of this prefabricated technology ensures the rapid and efficient construction and operation of the project.
