In order to study the bending resilience characteristics of HRB400 reinforcing mesh made by resistance spot welding,based on the elastic-plastic bending resilience theory,a mathematical model of bending resilience of reinforcing mesh caused by residual stress was established,and a number of test pieces of reinforcing mesh were designed and fabricated for bending resilience test through the control variable method,and the influence of three kinds of technological variables,such as the bending radius,bending angle and load-holding time on the bending resilience of HRB400 reinforcing mesh,on the bending angle and on the bending resilience of HRB400 reinforcing mesh,were investigated.The effect of bending angle on the bending resilience of HRB400 steel mesh is investigated.
