带肋钢板混凝土组合衬砌结构受力变形特性影响因素分析

采用带肋钢板混凝土组合结构代替管片结构用于盾构隧道衬砌的设计和施工.采用有限元软件建立了多种工况下带肋钢板混凝土组合衬砌结构数值计算模型,总结了衬砌结构在不同影响因素下的受力变形规律.研究表明,随着肋板数增加,顶部竖向和水平位移减小,底部竖向位移增大;随着肋板高度增加,顶部竖向位移呈现减小,底部竖向和水平位移增大;随着钢板厚度增加,水平位移和竖向位移呈现非线性的减小趋势.
The ribbed steel plate concrete composite structure is used to replace the segment structure for the design and construction of shield tunnel lining.The finite element software was used to establish the numerical calculation model of ribbed steel plate concrete composite lining structure under various working conditions,and the stress and deformation law of lining structure under different influencingfactors was summarized.The research shows that with the increase of the number of ribs,the vertical and horizontal displacements at the top decrease,and the vertical displacement at the bottom increases.With the increase of rib height,the top vertical displacement decreases,and the bottom vertical and horizontal displacement increases.With the increase of steel plate thickness,the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement show a nonlinear decreasing trend.
