The measured quantity is an important means to control the quality of residential buildings.In this paper,the intelligent and traditional measured quantities of residential building engineering are compared and analyzed at different stages and from different angles.The results show that the intelligent measurement has obvious advantages over the traditional measurement in data accuracy,data traceability,measurement means,measurement time,expansion and extension.The intelligent measured data can be used in every stage of residential building,and record the measuring situation of any part in the whole process.It is convenient to find out the specific position beyond the allowable deviation,but when the resources and time are in the case,it is also recommended for the hardcover phase.
