实测实量是住宅建筑质量控制的重要手段,在不同阶段对住宅建筑工程进行智能实测实量、传统实测实量.对智能实测实量、传统实测实量不同阶段测量数据进行分析,并从多角度进行对比,发现智能实测实量在数据准确性、溯源性、测量手段、测量时效、拓展推广方面与传统实测实量相比具有明显的优势.智能实测实量能够应用于住宅建筑各阶段,并全程记录任一部位,不同阶段的测量情况,方便查找超出允许偏差的具体位置,但在资源、时间有限的情况下,更建议其应用于预验收阶段.
The measured quantity is an important means to control the quality of residential buildings.In this paper,the intelligent and traditional measured quantities of residential building engineering are compared and analyzed at different stages and from different angles.The results show that the intelligent measurement has obvious advantages over the traditional measurement in data accuracy,data traceability,measurement means,measurement time,expansion and extension.The intelligent measured data can be used in every stage of residential building,and record the measuring situation of any part in the whole process.It is convenient to find out the specific position beyond the allowable deviation,but when the resources and time are in the case,it is also recommended for the hardcover phase.
