总结了现阶段建筑行业基坑工程设计复杂程度逐渐提升的背景下,行业内利用BIM技术提升基坑设计及施工质量的应用现状及所面临挑战.针对行业痛点与工程实际情况,开展了相关研究与探索工作.通过自主参数化编程手段,依托现有BIM软件进行二次开发,补充软件功能局限性,为实现基坑工程BIM全方位参数化智能设计提供了有力支撑.同时基于研究成果在实际项目中开展实践应用,验证了研究成果的落地性与可行性.
Under the background of the increasing complexity of foundation pit engineering design in the construction industry,the application status and challenges of using BIM technology to improve the quality of foundation pit design and construction are summarized.According to the industry pain points and the actual situation of the project,the relevant research and exploration work are carried out.By means of independent parametric programming,the secondary development of existing BIM software is carried out to supplement the functional limitations of the software,which provides a strong support for the realization of all-round parametric design of BIM for foundation pit engineering.At the same time,based on the research results,the practical application is carried out in the actual project,and the practicability and feasibility of the research results are verified.
