既有铁路站房更新改造策略研究

摘要
铁路客站是城市的重要门户,也是旅客出行的重要载体.随着时代的发展,对铁路客站的品质提出了新的要求,大量既有铁路站房已无法满足需求,需进行改造扩建.合理的改造更新,有利于保持既有城市风貌和场所的记忆,方便中心城区居民的出行,并同时带动区域城市更新.在新时代背景下以汕头站改扩建工程项目为例,从建筑空间、结构、施工工期等不同维度对既有站房更新改造的策略进行研究,以为类似工程的改扩建工程提供参考.
Abstract
The railway station is an important gateway to a city and important mean of transportation for passengers'travel.With the development of the times,new requirements have been put forward for the quality of railway stations.A large number of existing railway station buildings can no longer meet the demand and need to be renovated.Reasonable renovation and renewal are conducive to maintaining the memory of the existing urban style and place,facilitating the travel of residents in the central urban area,and at the same time driving regional urban renewal.Taking the Shantou Station renovation and expansion project as an example in the context of the new era,this study examines the strategies for updating and renovating existing station buildings from different dimensions such as building space,structure,and construction period,in order to provide reference for similar renovation and expansion project.
