建设工程数字化管理的建筑信息模型构件编码标准及应用

本研究根据BIM建筑构件的信息分类和编码需求,通过调研国内外建筑工程主要信息分类与编码方式,包括传统的基于设计使用与施工分包的不同线分法方式、现代信息技术中的面分法方式以及国家信息分类标准,提出了一个可供工程使用精准性与效率性相平衡的一维字符串编码方式,以便于建筑工程全生命期各个阶段、各个参与方、各种专业维度的信息交互.
COMPONENT CODING STANDARD AND APPLICATION OF BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL FOR DIGITAL MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING
According to the BIM information classification and coding requirements of building components,major information classification and coding methods of construction engineering at home and abroad were investigated,including the conventional line classification methods based on design and construction subcontracting,surface classification methods in modern information technology and national information classification standards.A one-dimensional string coding method for a balance between the accuracy and efficiency in engineering was proposed to facilitate information exchange at different stages,by participants and from professional dimensions in the entire lifecycle of construction engineering.
