基于数字孪生的桩基施工管理方法与平台应用

针对桩基施工在地质条件、控制精度等方面管理复杂而导致的质量安全风险高的问题,本研究提出了基于数字孪生的桩基施工管理方法.以郑州富田城一号院项目为例,首先总结了桩基施工的难点,然后针对施工难点提出了数字孪生的应用价值,并建立了桩基施工管理五维模型及其运行机理.最终面向工程项目的施工过程提出了关键工艺流程.在此基础上,为了提高施工管控精度和效率,形成了施工管控平台的建立架构.集成施工质量、安全和进度管控目标建立管控平台,有效保证了施工效率和精度,并规避了施工风险.
PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PLATFORM APPLICATION BASED ON DIGITAL TWIN
In order to address high quality and safety risks arising from complex management of geological conditions and control accuracy in pile foundation construction,a pile foundation construction management method based on digital twin was proposed in this study.Taking NO.1 Courtyard of Futiancheng Residence Community in Zhengzhou as an example,difficulties in pile foundation construction were summarized.Then,the application value of digital twin was proposed based on construction difficulties,and a five-dimensional pile foundation construction management model and its operating mechanism were developed.Finally,a key process was proposed for project construction.Accordingly,a construction control platform architecture was built to improve the accuracy and efficiency of construction control.The control platform integrating the construction quality,safety and schedule control objectives can effectively ensure the construction efficiency and accuracy and avoid construction risks.
