STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF STEEL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY UNDER COMPLEX CONDITIONS BASED ON DIGITAL TWIN
The rationality and safety of steel structure construction management under complex conditions are key restrictions for technological upgrades.A method was proposed in this study for optimization of steel structure construction technology under complex conditions based on digital twin.Firstly,the characteristics of steel structures construction under complex conditions were analyzed.In order to address engineering difficulties,a digital twin analysis method was developed for construction engineering.A digital twin five-dimensional model was built,with key technical control points of the entire construction process.On this base,the impact of various factors on the structural stress performance was analyzed by the random forest algorithm.A process optimization mechanism was proposed for construction.Taking the construction of an industrial plant in Tibet as an example,a structural twin model was built and the impact of design parameters on mechanical properties was analyzed.The most critical influencing factors were determined based on the analysis of vertical displacement to ensure the structural reliability.Considering harsh natural conditions in the area where the structure is located,construction optimization measures were proposed to ensure the rationality of construction.
