随着国家对建筑业转型发展的要求,建筑施工越来越向着精细化、智能化的方向发展.北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽具有工程体量大、管理困难、施工技术难度大、多施工单位交叉、沟通效率低下、管理智能化要求高等问题.为解决这些问题,将BIM技术作为底层构建基础,并与三维GIS、物联网等新技术进行深度融合,搭建一种可推广、高效交互式的智慧管理平台,实现项目的智能化管理.将人员管理、机械车辆管理、物料管理、环境与能耗管理、进度管理、质量管理综合智慧管理应用于实际工地中,大幅提高了施工项目管理的智能化水平.
STUDY ON AND APPLICATION OF BIM-BASED SMART MANAGEMENT PLATFORM IN COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION HUB ENGINEERING
In response to national requirements for the transformation of the construction industry,fine and smart construction is gradually growing.The comprehensive transportation hub of Beijing Sub-Center Railway Station has shortcomings of large engineering quantities,significant difficulties in management and construction,cross operations of multiple construction units,low communication efficiency,high requirements for intelligent management and the like.In order to address these issues,the BIM technology as an underlying basis was deeply integrated with new technologies such as 3D GIS and IoT into an efficient and interactive smart management platform that can be promoted for smart project management.This comprehensive smart management platform integrating staffing management,machinery and vehicle management,material management,environment and energy consumption management,schedule management,quality management can be applied on sites to greatly improve the level of intelligence in construction engineering management.
