摘要

以北京市门头沟区龙泉镇大峪化工厂及周边地块棚户区改造及环境整治项目为例,分析项目的施工难点.首先建立了工程造价评估指标体系,阐述了指标体系的建立原则.面向工程实践,给出了指标体系所包含的关键要素.在此基础上,基于PSO-LSSVM建立智能化评估模型,为各类施工方案下施工成本的分析提供工具.最终给出最佳的控制策略.以项目的桩基施工和地上主体结构施工为例,从进度控制角度出发得到了成本控制策略.工程应用表明,本研究方法为工程造价优化与成本控制提供了新的思路和方法.

Abstract

Taking the renovation and environmental improvement project for Dayu Chemical Plant and surrounding shantytowns in Longquan Town,Mentougou District,Beijing as an example,difficulties in construction were analyzed.Firstly,an engineering cost evaluation index system was development and its principles were elaborated.For engineering practice,key elements of the index system were proposed.On this basis,an intelligent evaluation model was built based on PSO-LSSVM,as a tool for construction cost analysis in various construction schemes.Finally,an optimal control strategy was proposed.Taking the construction of the pile foundation and aboveground main structure in this project as an example,a cost control strategy was concluded from the perspective of schedule control.Engineering applications have shown that this study provides a new concept and approach for engineering cost optimization and control.
