STUDY ON COST CONTROL STRATEGY FOR ENGINEERING COST OPTIMIZATION
Taking the renovation and environmental improvement project for Dayu Chemical Plant and surrounding shantytowns in Longquan Town,Mentougou District,Beijing as an example,difficulties in construction were analyzed.Firstly,an engineering cost evaluation index system was development and its principles were elaborated.For engineering practice,key elements of the index system were proposed.On this basis,an intelligent evaluation model was built based on PSO-LSSVM,as a tool for construction cost analysis in various construction schemes.Finally,an optimal control strategy was proposed.Taking the construction of the pile foundation and aboveground main structure in this project as an example,a cost control strategy was concluded from the perspective of schedule control.Engineering applications have shown that this study provides a new concept and approach for engineering cost optimization and control.
