三维扫描技术在施工质量验收中的应用

随着建筑行业的不断发展,建筑施工质量验收变得至关重要.传统建筑质量验收方法受到点测量和二维平面检查的限制,难以全面、准确地评估建筑质量.针对这一难题,以某交通枢纽工程为例,通过三维激光扫描仪等高精度设备快速获取并生成建筑物的三维点云模型,结合建筑信息模型(BIM)比对点云模型与设计模型数据,快速识别施工偏差和质量问题.三维扫描技术的应用解决了传统验收方法效率低、准确性差的问题,提高了验收的全面性和精确度,显著改进了建筑施工质量验收.
APPLICATION OF 3D SCANNING TECHNOLOGY IN CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ACCEPTANCE
With the continuous development of the construction industry,construction quality acceptance plays a crucial role.The conventional method of construction quality acceptance is restricted by point measurement and 2D plane inspection,so it is difficult to comprehensively and accurately evaluate the construction quality.To address this challenge,taking a transportation hub project as an example,high-precision equipment such as 3D laser scanners were used to quickly acquire and generate a 3D point cloud model for buildings,and the data of the point cloud model and design model were compared through the building information model(BIM)to quickly identify construction deviations and quality issues.The 3D scanning technology is a solution to low efficiency and poor accuracy in traditional acceptance methods,which improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of acceptance and significantly facilitates the construction quality acceptance.
