PVA-BF混杂纤维混凝土配置及在大体积混凝土工程中的应用

为了改善大体积混凝土水化热量高、抗裂性差等质量缺陷,提高大体积混凝土的综合应用特性,通过单因素试验的方法和工程应用研究了PVA-BF混杂纤维对混凝土流动性能、力学性能、水化热性能、抗裂性能的影响及其混凝土工程适应性.结果表明:(1)随着PVA-BF混杂纤维掺量的增加,混凝土坍落度值先增大后减小;3 d抗压强度先减小后增大;28 d抗压强度先增大后减小,掺量 0.45%时达到最大值53.65 MPa.(2)掺加PVA-BF混杂纤维,混凝土1 d水化热有所降低,后期水化热在掺量0.15%时达到最低值.(3)随着PVA-BF混杂纤维掺量的增加,最大裂缝长度先减小后增大,掺量0.45%达到最低值462 mm,降低15.2%;最大裂缝宽度先减小后增大,掺量0.45%达到最低值0.16 mm,降低49.8%.由此可见,PVA-BF混杂纤维混凝土优化了大体积基础工程用混凝土综合影响,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广.
APPLICATION OF PVA-BF HYBRID FIBER CONCRETE IN MASS CONCRETE ENGINEERING
In order to address quality defects of mass concrete,such as a lot of hydration heat and low crack resistance,and improve the comprehensive application of mass concrete,the impact of PVA-BF hybrid fibers on the flowing properties,mechanical properties,hydration heat properties and crack resistance of concrete and the engineering adaptability of concrete were studied by single factor experiments and engineering applications.Results have shown that:(1)with the PVA-BF hybrid fiber content increasing,the concrete slump first increased and then decreased;the 3d compressive strength first decreased and then increased;and the 28d compressive strength first increased and then decreased,which reaches the maximum(53.65 MPa)when the PVA-BF hybrid fiber content was 0.45%;(2)if PVA-BF hybrid fibers were added,the amount of hydration heat of concrete decreased after one day,which reached the minimum when the PVA-BF hybrid fiber content was 0.15%;(3)with the PVA-BF hybrid fiber content increasing,the maximum crack length first decreased and then increased,which decreased by 15.2%to the minimum(462 mm)when the PVA-BF hybrid fiber content was0.45%;and the maximum crack width first decreased and then increased,which decreased by 49.8%to the minimum(0.16 mm)when the PVA-BF hybrid fiber content was0.45%.Accordingly,PVA-BF hybrid fibers are conducive to the comprehensive performance of mass concrete in foundation engineering.That is,they are of high application value for promotion.
