STUDY ON KEY FACTOR AND OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF SQUARE CULVERT CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP STATION
Square culvert construction of pump stations is affected by various factors,leading to low accuracy and efficiency in quality control.A key factor analysis method was proposed in this study for quality control of square culvert construction of pump stations.Taking the construction of the rainwater pump station project on Lishui Road in China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as the research object,the factors affecting the construction quality were summarized based on engineering characteristics.The random forest algorithm was applied to determine key influencing indicators and their importance.The importance of elements was determined,with influencing factors as input elements and construction deviations as output elements.On this basis,control measures were proposed based on key indicators for project construction.Engineering practice has shown that the proposed theoretical approach could be used to effectively determine key indicators.In addition,the proposed control measures effectively guaranteed the construction accuracy.The overall construction deviation was 21.84%lower than the allowable deviation,equivalent to a time cost reduction by 18.9%.
