摘要

如何提高高大模板支撑体系施工的安全性和合理性是制约施工效率的关键问题,本研究以枣庄科教创新示范园建设项目看台工程为例,提出了基于数字孪生的分析方法.首先根据项目特点总结了高大模板支撑体系施工难点.为了解决施工安全、施工效率等问题,建立了基于数字孪生的高大模板支撑体系施工分析方法.该方法结合数字孪生的五维要素提出了施工分析的孪生架构.在此基础上,面向施工全过程形成工艺参数分析体系.针对本项目的关键施工工序,给出了关键技术控制要点.通过建立三维立体模型并分析构件受力性能,有效保证了施工的安全性和合理性,高效指导了施工全过程.

Abstract

How to improve the safety and rationality of high formwork support system construction is a key factor restricting construction efficiency.Taking the stand project in Zaozhuang Science&Education Innovation Demonstration Park as an example,an analysis method based on digital twin was proposed.Firstly,difficulties in high formwork support system construction were summarized according to the project characteristics.In order to improve the construction safety and efficiency,an analysis method based on digital twin was developed for high formwork support system construction.In conjunction with the five-dimensional elements of digital twin,a twin architecture was proposed for construction analysis.On this basis,a process parameter analysis system was established for the entire construction process.Key technical control points were described for key construction procedures of this project.Moreover,a three-dimensional model was built and the stress performance of components was analyzed to effectively ensure the safety and rationality of construction and guide the whole construction process.
