CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR INTEGRATED INSULATED FAIR-FACED CONCRETE WALL OF SCULPTURE ART GALLERY IN CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PARK
The Sculpture Art Gallery in the"Belt and Road"International Cultural Creative Park is a new cultural landmark in Hohhot.It exterior walls consist of integrated insulated fair-faced concrete walls and some curved walls,which are consistent with the artistic features of the Sculpture Art Gallery.According to stringent requirements for construction process and quality control to guarantee the one-time success of fair-faced concrete walls,the quality of fair-faced concrete was controlled in terms of the raw material control,mix ratio design,reinforcement,formworks and concrete pouring.A construction method was proposed for quality control of ultra-high and ultra-thick integrated insulated fair-faced concrete walls and curved fair-faced concrete walls,as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
