摘要

以云南省泸水市某中小学教学楼项目为研究对象,采用YJK和ETABS结构分析软件对位于高烈度区域局部凸出地形下的坡地建筑进行隔震时程分析和设计,与YJK非隔震模型计算结果进行对比分析,采用隔震技术对高烈度下重点设防类的建筑可显著延长结构本身周期,降低层间剪力及底部剪力,有效减弱水平地震作用,对该类型建筑具有较好的减震控制效果.研究以实际工程为例,介绍了隔震设计步骤与流程,合理考虑局部凸出地形对地震作用影响,对该隔震建筑在设防地震、罕遇地震下进行时程分析和验算,为隔震技术在高烈度区域局部凸出地形下设计研究和应用提供参考.

Abstract

Taking a primary and secondary school teaching building project in Lushui City,Yunnan Province as the research object,YJK and ETABS structural analysis software were used to analyze and design the seismic isolation time history of the slope building located in the local prominent terrain in the high-intensity area.Through comparison and analysis with the calculation results of YJK non-isolation model,the isolation technology can significantly prolong the period of the structure itself,reduce the interstory shear force and the bottom shear force,effectively weaken the horizontal earthquake effect,and have a good damping control effect on this type of building.Taking practical engineering as an example,this study introduced the steps and processes of isolation design,reasonably considered the impact of local outburst terrain on the earthquake,carried out time-history analysis and verification calculation of the isolation building under fortification and rare earthquakes,and provided references for the design,research and application of isolation technology under local outburst terrain in high-intensity areas.
