STUDY ON PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF MULTI-COMPONENT SOLID WASTE GEOPOLYMER DRY POWDER MORTAR
In order to realize the application of industrial solid waste in solid projects,and achieve the goal of waste utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction,the dry mortar was prepared with fly ash,granulated blast furnace slag and the main raw materials of fly ash and silicon ash at room temperature.Orthogonal experiments were designed with the ratio of raw fly ash to fine fly ash,slag,silica fume and alkali activator as factors.The optimal mix ratio of dry mortar was obtained by testing the mechanical properties of dry mortar;M10 grade mortar is prepared by the optimal mix ratio,and microscopic analysis to explain the strength enhancement mechanism.The results show that when the ratio of original powder and fine powder is 2:8,the mixing ratio of fly ash and slag is 9:1,the amount of silicon ash is 6%,and the amount of excitation agent is 2%,the compressive strength of 7 d of M10 grade masonry mortar is 11.9 MPa,the compressive strength of 28 d is 15.9 MPa,and water retention and consistency meet the requirements of current specifications.Combined with SEM analysis,it is shown that a large number of C-(A)-S-H and N-A-S-H gel products are generated in the geopolymer mortar,which makes the sample structure compact and the mortar strength significantly improved.
