摘要

横店某照明公司年产1 100万只(套)LED照明系列及116万套LED户外照明灯具建设项目和东磁年产1.6 GW高效PERC单晶电池片项目,为超大面积、高要求、高标准多层工业厂房工程,传统的现浇混凝土结构层经找平后做自流平地面二次成型,该方法容易产生面层空鼓、脱层等质量问题,影响了高性能要求车间的使用功能所需要的整洁、耐磨、防尘等要求.若直接在混凝土结构层上进行打磨抛丸处理,后做自流平面层施工技术,不仅增强了混凝土结构层和面层附着力,提高了楼面的平整度,避免了空鼓、开裂、起砂等质量通病,而且减少了施工工序,加快了施工进度,降低了施工成本.

Abstract

A lighting company in Hengdian has an annual production of 11 million sets of LED lighting series and 1.16 million sets of LED outdoor lighting fixtures,as well as an annual production of 1.6 GW of high-efficiency PERC single crystal battery cells by Dongci.This is a multi story industrial plant project with a large area,high requirements,and high standards.The traditional cast-in-place concrete structure layer is leveled and then self leveling the ground for secondary molding.This method is prone to quality problems such as surface layer hollowing and delamination,this has affected the requirements for cleanliness,wear resistance,and dust prevention required for the use of high-performance workshops.If polishing and shot blasting treatment is directly carried out on the concrete structure layer,followed by self flowing flat layer construction technology,it not only enhances the adhesion between the concrete structure layer and the surface layer,improves the flatness of the floor,avoids common quality problems such as hollowing,cracking,and sanding,but also reduces construction procedures,accelerates construction progress,and reduces construction costs.
