This study analyzes the main problems existing in the evaluation standards of prefabricated buildings in various provinces and cities,puts forward some suggestions for the development of evaluation standards,and points out that scientific and reasonable evaluation system and evaluation methods are the key to the healthy and sustainable development of prefabricated building industry.
