双单元变形缝处铝合金模板加固施工技术

建筑物在外界因素作用下常发生变形,导致开裂甚至破坏.为了保证建筑的安全,许多建筑物在设计时通常会预留出伸缩缝、沉降缝、防震缝等变形缝,以防止结构剪切破坏.一般的变形缝是设置在2个单元中间,变形缝较为狭窄,不易于模板加固.现有的变形缝施工是采用内塞聚苯板配合穿墙螺杆加固支模等方法,该方法容易造成变形缝内聚苯板变形,影响施工效果和质量.而采用铝合金模板刚度更大,相比聚苯板混凝土浇筑过程更不易变形导致胀模,且混凝土成型质量好.

Buildings often produce deformation under the action of external factors,leading to cracking and even damage.In order to ensure the safety of the building,many buildings in the design of often reserved expansion joints,settlement joints,seismic joints and other deformation joints,in order to prevent the structural shear damage.The general deformation joint is set in the middle of the two units,the deformation joint is relatively narrow,not easy to template reinforcement.The existing deformation joint construction is the method of internal plug polystyrene board with wall screw reinforcement,which is easy to cause the deformation of polystyrene board in the deformation joint,affecting the construction effect and quality.The stiffness of aluminum alloy template is greater,compared with the polystyrene board concrete pouring process is more difficult to deformation resulting in mold expansion,the concrete forming quality is good.
