RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF TUNNEL PORTAL BEAM ERECTION WITH TJ165 BRIDGE ERECTOR ON WENG'AN-MACHANGPING RAILWAY
With the development of the national economy,railways have shown an important position in building a strong transportation country.Railway construction in mountainous areas is often connected by bridges and tunnels,and the use of bridge erection frame beams is an indispensable process in the construction process.When a railway passes through a single track tunnel,the cross-sectional size is small,and the bridge abutment is very close to the tunnel entrance,often resulting in the condition that the bridge erection machine cannot properly erect the beams.Combined with the implementation of construction technology for T-beam erection at the tunnel portal of WenG´an-Machangping railway,this paper analyzes the process of T-beam erection at the tunnel portal,summarizes the technical control points and safeguard measures for T-beam erection at the tunnel portal,which can provide reference for the implementation of similar projects.
