摘要

梁式桥梁是我国公路桥梁的重要组成部分.对于具有传递桥梁上部结构力和位移作用的桥梁钢托座,当其发生脱空时会导致梁桥支承边界条件的改变,影响桥梁的正常状态.随着模态测试技术和计算机技术的发展,极大促进了动力学测量法的发展,从动力参数构建脱空敏感的动力指标,引入非接触式测试方法,对于促进桥梁钢托座脱空的检测定位具有较大的研究价值.研究在多种脱空工况下,利用激光多普勒测振技术对室内梁桥模型开展模态测试,并结合数值模拟检验了振型差值组合指标在桥梁钢托座脱空检测定位中的有效性,结果显示该指标能较好地识别出外侧的钢托座脱空.本文的研究可以为现场桥梁钢托座脱空的检测提供理论支撑.

Abstract

Beam bridges are an important component of highway bridges in China.For bridge bearings that have the function of transmitting the force and displacement of the upper structure of the bridge, when they become detached, it will cause changes in the boundary conditions of the beam bridge support, affecting the normal state of the bridge. With the development of modal testing technology and computer technology, the development of dynamic measurement methods has greatly promoted. Constructing dynamic indicators sensitive to void from dynamic parameters and introducing non-contact testing methods have great research value for promoting the detection and positioning of bridge support void. The study used laser Doppler vibration measurement technology to conduct modal testing on indoor beam bridge models under various void conditions, and combined numerical simulation to verify the effectiveness of the vibration mode difference combination index in detecting and positioning bridge bearing void. The results showed that this index can effectively identify the outer bearing void. The research in this article can provide theoretical support for the detection of bridge bearing detachment on site.
