淮河河漫滩地质情况下地基具有含水量高、天然孔隙比大、压缩性高、抗剪强度低、固结系数小等不利的工程性质.常伴随流沙出现.给工程基础施工造成很大困难.结合怀远县2020年市政道路工程项目箱涵地基处理施工,对水泥搅拌桩在高水位富水流沙地层的应用进行介绍,通过对浆喷和粉喷的选择对比分析,施工工艺及质量控制、事后监控等措施,分析水泥搅拌桩在富水流沙地层的应用效果,以期为类似工程提供参考.
APPLICATION OF CEMENT MIXING PILE IN WATER-RICH QUICKSAND STRATUM
Under the geological conditions of the Huaihe River floodplain,the foundation has unfavorable engineering properties such as high water content,large natural porosity,high compressibility,low shear strength,and low consolidation coefficient.Often accompanied by quicksand.Causing great difficulties to the construction of engineering foundations.Based on the construction of box culvert foundation treatment for the 2020 municipal road engineering project in Huaiyuan County,this paper introduces the application of cement mixing piles in high water level and rich water and flowing sand formations.Through comparative analysis of the selection of slurry and powder spraying,construction technology and quality control,and post monitoring measures,the application effect of cement mixing piles in rich water and flowing sand formations is analyzed,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
