EFFECT OF CEMENT-SOIL CURTAIN PILE COMBINED OVERLOAD PRELOADING ON SUBGRADE SETTLEMENT
For the deep soft soil foundation encountered in municipal road engineering,it is usually necessary to use cement soil curtain piles combined with pile preloading technology for effective reinforcement, and model tests have been conducted for different working conditions.Discussed the settlement characteristics of cement soil curtain piles after embankment reinforcement throughout the entire service life under different pile lengths, layout forms, and placement positions. The results show that the addition of curtain piles at the foot of the slope has indeed significantly improved the controllability of embankment settlement; When setting the length of the pile,it is necessary to refer to the vertical distribution pattern of the moisture content of the soft soil foundation to determine it;The curtain piles arranged at the foot of the slope did not have a significant impact on the settlement of the roadbed. In addition,in specific engineering projects, when determining the specific layout position of the curtain piles at the foot of the slope, the excavation workload at the foot of the slope and whether it is adjacent to irrigation water should also be considered. These conclusions can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
